Elliniko Public Beach

The Elliniko Public Beach is just a short distance off Poseidonos Ave, but far enough that you don’t realize there is a major road right there.

When you get off the tram face the sea and go right towards the intersection with traffic lights and the overhead foot bridge, you will see signs for Akrotiri, follow those to get to the Elliniko Public beach.

This ‘free’ beach used to have some establishments around it, but now is basically just a sandy/pebbly beach off the beaten path.  There is a ‘Kantina’ (food truck) that sells snacks and beverages parked a bit past the beach, toward Akrotiri.
